Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern the BanZhuan.AI websites and related authentication, credits, research and trading features that display or link to them (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Read the Privacy Policy alongside these terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides software for strategy creation, AI assistance, research, backtesting and automated trading across supported markets and venues. Features and account arrangements vary. Information and outputs are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a promise of returns. Using the Service does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 and of legal age to enter these terms where you live, and have authority over the accounts and assets you use. Comply with applicable law, sanctions and connected trading venues' rules. Technical access does not establish eligibility or permission to trade. You are responsible for your tax and reporting obligations.
3. Accounts and trading authority
Trading uses user-authorized contracts and permissions or platform-managed accounts, depending on the account arrangement. For platform-managed accounts, the platform generates and holds trading keys and exchange credentials. Withdrawals rely on applicable platform controls and may lack an on-chain withdrawal guard. Review custody, permissions, limits and withdrawal conditions before funding or authorizing trading. Never submit your personal wallet's seed phrase or private key in chat or support messages.
Authorized automation may trade without approval of each order. Pause, Stop and emergency controls have different effects depending on the feature: they may suspend activity, attempt cancellation or attempt position closure. They do not guarantee immediate cancellation, closure or withdrawal; open orders and positions may remain, and risk controls may still act. Disconnecting a wallet or closing the website does not revoke authorizations or stop active trading.
4. Trading, AI and backtest risk
You may lose all funds committed to trading. Risks include, where applicable, leverage, liquidation, funding charges, incorrect predictions, disputed or delayed market resolution, fees, collateral risk, illiquidity, slippage, contract defects, compromised keys and network or venue failures. Risk limits do not guarantee a maximum loss or protect principal.
AI output can be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable. Backtests and research are hypothetical, depend on available data and modeling assumptions, and may omit actual execution costs or conditions. Past performance, rankings and validation results do not establish future profitability. Assess the evidence and risks before authorizing live use.
5. Third-party services
Trading venues, blockchains, wallets, bridges, data sources and AI providers have their own terms. Their availability, eligibility rules, fees and decisions are outside the Service's control. Transactions may be irreversible. The Service cannot guarantee order execution, asset recovery or reversal of a third party's actions.
6. Credits and charges
Credits pay for platform usage, separately from trading capital, venue charges and network fees. Review the applicable price before submitting a paid request. Credits are not money, investments or cash redemption rights and are not transferable unless expressly permitted. Used credits are not refundable except as required by law or applicable purchase terms. Report billing errors using the contact below. Price changes apply prospectively with notice before affected purchases or requests.
7. Content and permitted use
You retain rights you hold in submitted content and grant the permissions needed to store, process, execute and display it to provide the features you use, including service-provider processing and publication when you choose to share. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights. You must have permission to submit content and respect third-party rights.
The Service's software, design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights and licenses. Do not misuse credentials, access others' data without permission, exploit security flaws, manipulate markets, commit fraud or disrupt the Service. Authorized automation remains subject to usage limits.
8. Availability and suspension
Features may change or become unavailable. Access may be restricted or suspended for security threats, misuse, nonpayment, legal requirements or material breach, with notice when reasonably practicable. Suspension does not itself cancel orders or remove exposure; asset access remains subject to account, contract and venue processes. You may stop using the Service at any time but must separately manage active positions and permissions.
9. Disclaimer and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or profitable results. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Liability limits
Subject to the mandatory rights above and only where lawful, liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities and lost data is excluded. Aggregate liability relating to the Service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the platform fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Trading capital and third-party fees are not platform fees. These limits do not apply where prohibited or unfair under applicable law.
11. Business use and third-party claims
If you use the Service in a business capacity, you agree, where lawful, to reimburse reasonable losses and legal costs from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, infringement or material breach. This excludes losses caused by the Service's own breach, negligence or misconduct. You must receive prompt notice and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense.
12. Changes and disputes
Updates will appear here with a revised date. Material changes receive reasonable advance notice where practicable, except urgent security or legal changes. Changes apply prospectively; legally required consent will be obtained. Contact us to seek resolution of a dispute. Applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction determine unresolved disputes; no mandatory consumer remedy is waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.
