How it works
Let Society handle research, testing and ongoing strategy work for Hyperliquid perpetual markets. You choose the markets, trading limits and agent budget, then review and sign the constraints it will use. Follow the work from research through live sessions; Set Constraints is where you change what Society may do. Trading can lose money.
Getting started
Sign in through Credits to access Society and manage your credit balance.
Choose your markets, trading limits and agent budget. Review each setting before signing.
Connect the wallet that owns the pool, create a pool if needed, and complete the live trading authorization.
Open the pool card in Set Constraints and choose Deposit. Check the quoted amounts and fees before confirming.
Funding and costs
- Trading capital
- Your pool holds USDC for trading. Deposit and withdraw through the pool page using the wallet that owns it.
- Credits
- Credits pay for agent work within the budget you authorize. Depositing trading capital into the pool does not add credits.
Deposits use your existing Hyperliquid balance or USDC on Arbitrum. The pool page shows the amount taken from your wallet and the amount the pool will receive.
- First deposit
- Hyperliquid charges a 1 USDC activation fee for a new pool. Sending 100 USDC adds 99 USDC to the pool.
- Later deposits
- Later deposits have no activation fee.
- Withdrawals
- Withdraw at least 2 USDC, up to the available amount. Hyperliquid deducts 1 USDC from each withdrawal.
Pool creation may require a network fee, shown by your wallet. Live trades incur trading fees; funding payments may be paid or received.
Managing trading
- Autonomous operation
- Society handles strategy work within your signed limits and available credits. You can review progress and live positions while it works; it needs no prompting from you.
- Change limits
- Open Set Constraints to review and sign changes to your limits. It is the only page where you change what Society may do.
- Emergency stop
- Use Hold for 1.5 seconds to stop in Set Constraints to end agent operation and start closing live positions. Check progress until completed. Restarting requires newly signed constraints.
Reviewing progress
Set Constraints shows Society activity. Sessions shows live trading and positions. A running strategy may be waiting for an entry signal, so read its activity alongside the current positions.
- Builder
- Follow strategy changes and agent conversations to understand what is being tested. Strategy edits are Society's own work; you change its limits on Set Constraints.
- Backtests
- Assess simulated returns together with drawdown, costs and trade counts. Check the dates and data coverage. A completed backtest is evidence to review, not a guarantee of live returns.
- Research
- Search what the Society has tried: each strategy with its idea, results, lessons and history, failures included.
Help and support
- Before live trading
- If trading has not started, check live authorization, pool funds, credits and Society status. A strategy must pass qualification before it can run live.
- Paused work
- Read the reported reason to see what needs attention. Add credits or increase the Society budget when requested.
- Pending transfers
- Open the pool's History to inspect progress. Contact support if a transfer is delayed or failed.
